HOW TO START A CLUB

Get a membership and start a club by CLICKING HERE.

Club LEVEL 1 = teams can compete in AAU events.

Club LEVEL 2 = teams can compete in AAU events AND club can host AAU events.

Once registered through AAU, get your 6-digit CLUB CODE (ex. WYABY9).

Athletes get their AAU membership and link their membership to your club with club code.

Ensure all athletes use their LEGAL birthday and are eligible to play in proper age division.

Verify your club teams by submitting a VERIFIED ROSTER for each age group on tm2sign.com

Ensure your coaches have AAU memberships and are added to your team rosters.

Submit Practice Insurance requests (if needed) for the facilities you use from YOUR AAU account.

Register for an event at tm2sign.com. Bring your PRINTED ROSTER for each event.

CLUB DIRECTORS MUST...

Ensure your coaches are AAU certified and have a clean background check. All coaches must be 18 or older.

Ensure your players are eligible to play by having a current AAU membership and accurate birthday. Verify with birth certificates.

Label your teams for correct placement in each division based on their AGE FIRST then CLUB, then TEAM NAME. Example: 14 Cloud Peak Blue.

Complete SITE DIRECTOR FORM or TOURNAMENT PROTOCOLS to help host an event.

Complete 2024 SEEDING FORM for your club teams.

Submit your VERIFIED club roster for club athletes eligible to play in correct age division on tm2sign.com for each event.

Bring your PRINTED team rosters to each WYO Club AAU tournament.

Ensure your coaches and players know how to score keep, officiate, and line judge correctly.
